Finer Womanhood Service Award

2026 Application is NOW OPEN!

For several years, Dr. Bridgette Kelly, principal of Springfield High School, generously supported Rho Chi Zeta Chapter by providing funds that allowed the chapter to award a $250 scholarship to a graduating Archonette. After Dr. Kelly’s departure from Springfield High School, Rho Chi Zeta continued this meaningful tradition by presenting the Community Service Award, which has since grown to $2,500 reflecting the chapter’s steady commitment to uplifting and celebrating youth who lead with purpose and service.
