Scholarship
Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated's first principle is Scholarship. The organization prides itself on being full of educated woman with diverse skillsets. In furtherance of the mission of our founders, each year the Rho Chi Zeta chapter sponsors awards and scholarships to students in the City of Chester and Delaware County.

Finer Womanhood Service Award
2025 Application Deadline: February 15, 2024
For several years, Dr. Bridgette Kelly, principal of Springfield High School, donated funds to Rho Chi Zeta Chapter. In return, the chapter awarded a $250 scholarship to a graduating Archonette. Once Dr. Kelly left Springfield High School, Rho Chi Zeta continued the present the Community Service award which since increased to three individual prizes of $2500 , $1000, and $500.

Marie Richardson-Santos Book Award
2025 Application Deadline: End of Academic Year
In recognition of participation in the Archonette Club, graduating Archonettes receive the Marie Richardson-Santos Book Award.

Award is open to graduating members of the Archonette Club only.


Undergraduate Achievement Award

The first award was presented in 2013 as an incentive and to honor and recognize the undergraduate Soror (from our sponsoring undergraduate chapter) with the highest GPA.
