Rho Chi Zeta has made an impact in Delaware County community for more than a decade. We thank you for your interest in our chapter. Membership in Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated is by invitation only and offers a plethora of opportunities for personal growth, community outreach, and access to a network of sisters all over the world.

Opportunity to Serve:

Through volunteerism in the community, Zeta women develop the self worth and pride that comes from serving others and making a positive contribution to society.

Professional Development:

Zeta women develop leadership skills by attending conferences, holding officer and committee positions within the chapter as well as other campus organizations, and serving as role models on campus.

Personal Development:

Membership in Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated is a living and learning experience for women with shared values and objectives. You will have the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of activities where you can use your unique talents and knowledge to contribute to the chapter and your community.

Sisterhood:

Zeta Phi Beta encourages women to learn and grow in the spirit of sisterly love and friendship and build a circle of sisterhood.

Requirements
We take into consideration women who have successfully earned undergraduate degrees, have a track record of community service, a commitment to scholarly endeavors, the traits of Finer Womanhood, and have a desire for Sisterly love.

Requirements for Membership Consideration:
Proof of Conferred Degree from an Accredited 4 Year College/University

Cumulative GPA of 2.75+ (Applies if matriculation was within 3 years)

Ability to Pass a Background Check

Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated (the “Sorority”) has designed a process for the selection, intake, and education of women who aspire to membership in the Sorority. The goal of the process is to inform new members of the history, policies and procedures important to membership in the Sorority. Potential members of the Sorority have the right to participate in the process in environments that are not intentionally harmful. Individuals who engage in hazing activities risk sanctions by the Sorority and criminal sanctions. Hazing in any form or fashion is contrary to the philosophy and objectives of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, and as such, the Sorority emphatically prohibits and denounces hazing.
